ROMANTICA · ROME
Become a local collaborator
Help us introduce Ristorante RomAntica to tour operators and travel agencies that organise group trips to Rome.
Our restaurant and platform
RomAntica is our restaurant in Rome, near the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore. GroupooRoma is our restaurant’s booking platform, designed to make organising group lunches and dinners easier, with menus, prices and direct communication with our team.
For now, the collaboration would focus exclusively on bringing groups to RomAntica. In the future, we could explore expanding the project together.
Your role
Develop relationships with tour operators, travel agencies and group travel organisers, starting in your city or an area we agree together.
- Identify agencies that already bring groups to Rome or are planning to do so.
- Introduce RomAntica through personalised emails, telephone calls and in-person meetings.
- Present our group dining offer and explain how agencies can request information and organise bookings directly with us.
- Follow up with interested contacts and keep us informed about opportunities and feedback.
The approach should be personal and straightforward: introduce the restaurant, understand each agency’s needs and build a lasting relationship. There is no need to ask agencies to register immediately: the first goal is to start a conversation.
Our support
We would provide presentation materials, photographs, updated group menus with prices and guidance on our booking process. Our team in Rome would handle availability, quotations and final booking confirmations.
Let’s discuss the details
If you are interested, we would be happy to discuss how to organise the collaboration, including your compensation, how to track the contacts and bookings you generate, and any travel or expenses to be agreed in advance.
Would this be something you would enjoy developing with us? Tell us about your ideas and any relevant contacts or experience you already have.
